I’ve spent the last 15+ years inside of a gym as a strength & conditioning professional. As a Seattle native I believe we have the best playground for all things active and I love working with clients who like to explore it as much as I do. When not in the gym, which is very rare, you can find me training for triathlons, baking something crazy like Pickle Cupcakes or at Disneyland.
