Nordic Skiing in the Middle School is a part of the e-lective system which means most practices take place during the school day. Practices are a mix of dry land training and ski training in the mountains. While MS Nordic Skiing does not compete in official competitions, they do go to Snoqualmie Pass once a week and to our remote campus, Methow Campus, for three nights during the season to ski. Ski Gear is provided to those who do not have any, and each MS Nordic athlete receives a rain jacket as their “uniform”.
